Acrylic edge channel letters are the ideal solution when illuminated sides are required, creating a uniform lighting effect that can be seen from multiple directions. This premium signage option provides a unique and eye-catching appearance; however, the manufacturing process requires more manual work and higher material usage, placing it in a higher price category.

 

Because both the front face and the side surfaces emit light, the letters have a softer appearance with less defined contours. In dark environments, this creates a more integrated and elegant visual effect.

 

Solid acrylic letters are an excellent choice when the letter size does not allow for traditional channel letter construction or when a slimmer design is required. Machined from 20–30 mm thick opal acrylic, these letters can be illuminated from the front, rear or sides. They can also be customised with painted finishes and translucent vinyl applications to create a unique branded appearance.
